Dr Barbara Mariposa
Dr. B is a medical doctor, author and thought leader in the field of mental health, workplace wellbeing and the science that brings all these things together.
Barbara’s mission is to create human-centred organisations. Her passion is to promote human flourishing, alleviate distress and advocate human-centred leadership - creating a culture where everyone matters, everyone wins, and performance exceeds expectations.
Trained at the Royal Free Hospital, London, Dr. B worked internationally and has a background in psychiatry and public health.
Steph is an expert in the Science of Happiness and a certified Mindfulness and Positive Neuroplasticity Training (PNT) coach.
Steph spent many years juggling a successful and demanding corporate career alongside family life before redirecting her energy and passion into retraining in the science of wellbeing at Berkley in California.
With first-hand experience of the challenges and pressures that work can cause, her empathetic yet pragmatic approach is heavily grounded in science and her suggestions can easily be integrated into busy lives.
Steph’s mission is to empower all individuals to take better care of their own wellbeing.
Chris has been a lead trainer at Work Well Being for 6 years and is known for his innovative and effective approach to training and delivery. He’s passionate about workplaces (even if remote!) becoming better places to be, where more effective and meaningful work can be done.
His work is rooted in a diverse range of experience accumulated over the past 15 years including certification as a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF, a certified yoga instructor and meditation teacher, and 12 years experience as a coach
Adria is the Natural Chef and Founder of Maple & Co, a healthy eating concept currently with 3 central London locations.
In 2013, Adria left her corporate life in finance and engineering to study at The College of Naturopathic Medicine and Le Cordon Bleu. She now presents on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and writes for Women’s Health and Men’s Health magazines and regularly speaks about wellness with partners such as Soho House and Estee Lauder.
Adria is incredibly passionate about creating great tasting and healthy food that is also fun and exciting. Adria hopes to build and bring together communities through her love for balanced cooking and eating.
Suzy is a mother of two, published Author, Chartered Psychologist, Yoga Teacher, and Health Coach. She specialises in helping people manage their stress, emotions, and energetic bank balance.
It was her life experience of motherhood colliding with the terminal illness of her father that sparked her passion for self-care which she now teaches to her clients, young and old, to cope during periods of stress, loss and change and to boost their resilience in the face of future challenges.
Suzy is an Author of books including ‘The Self-Care Revolution’ and ‘Self Care for Tough Times’, on the editorial board for Motherdom Magazine and a founding member of The Nourish App.
